The boys had a fun Hallowe'en this year and here are some photos and videos.

Halloween fun
Full size
This was Natalia's Hallowe'en costume this year and she actually won our Town's costume
contest which netted her 91.5 lbs of candy that she promptly donated to the Food bank.

Full size
The boys thought these 'Deez Nuts' candies were the cat's pyjamas. This is at a little
store in Cochrane.

Full size
Walter in an elf ball suit at the local Canadian Tire.

Full size
Carving pumpkins is always a party at our house. Here's Natalia showing off her new
scooping implement.

Full size
Henry drawing his pattern on his pumpkin.

Full size
Mario and Luigi with a super bright sun. This was the first warm Hallowe'en night in years so the
boys took full advantage and filled their candy bags with Trick or Treating.

Full size
Look how huge these bags are (thanks Janet and Rick!).

Full size
Henry was excited to get a Dr Pepper in his candy bag.

Full size
Walter got one too and a massive haul of candy.

Full size
Walter and Grayson crushing the air hockey game at Spray Lakes.

Zipping around on bikes in November on the new path by our house.

Full size
Natalia got her leaf blower finally as we moved into fall and Henry thought it was awesome and
wanted to try it out. I wouldn't call it 'useful' but he still enjoyed blowing them around.

West Edmonton Mall with the boys

Full size
Since November tends to be transition weather where it's not too fun to ride bikes or ski yet
we tend to do a trip to West Ed this time of year. The boys love Galaxyland and the water park
is super fun too. The first ride they wanted to do - the kids' train.

Riding the animals at about 2 km/hour.

Check out this cat's fingernails. Yeah....

Full size
Me and the Monopoly guy. Galaxyland is being rebuilt slowly with a Hasbro co-branding and their
board games make for good mascots.

Full size
We got a Polynesian family theme room and Walter liked the tiki dude.

Full size
The boys loved the lava volcano whirlpool tub.

The ridiculous bed.

Full size
The boys liked these sunglasses at Sport Chek.

Full size
Walter with his Lego saxophone.

Full size
The World Waterpark is also a big hit with our boys. With the advances they've made in swimming
both in skills and in confidence, this was the most bold they've been. They went on almost all
of the waterslides along with hanging out in the wave pool for hours. For posterity, it's good
to note that while the hours were reduced, going here when it's not donkey-busy, is WAY better!

Full size
Both boys crushing slurpees.

Full size
Not really posing at all.

Full size
Henry likes the ice cream with dry ice at Moxie's.

Full size
Walter with his dry ice ice cream too.

Full size
Back at school, the boys had Crazy Hair day, so that involved hair paint.
