You never have to convince me to go to Elkwater. It's a beautiful park, has a terrific beach
and lake area, and the bike trails are second to none. The cabins, while expensive, make visiting with
family super easy and relaxing and also mean we can put the kids in the cabin to bed and have a drink.

Note for posterity that Velocirax' lever arm needs to be lubricated with powdered graphite
to ensure it moves really well. Otherwise, once loaded with bikes, it doesn't quite latch well.

Walter and Henry both love the mini golfing at Elkwater. It's reasonably well-shaded, costs
nothing to play and it's never so busy that they can't do multiple rounds without getting in
people's way.
