Here's Henry and his girlfriend Emilia heading over to a pre-Hallowe'en party on our block.

Henry joined us for a weekend getaway at the Delta Kananaskis. He enjoyed the free appies!
Full size
He also really enjoyed the children's area as it had a sweet climbing area to a house. Check out
this high-step!
Troll Falls hike
Full size
I think this hike ranks as our absolute worst hike. Henry's working on his two-year molars and they
hit him pretty hard on this 2 hour ordeal of screaming. Here's Henry and Natalia in the woods.

Natalia has militantly trained Henry to eat only when he's sitting, so when she gave him a bear's paw,
he promptly took a seat on the side of the trail.

One of Henry's favourite activities is throwing rocks in water. This creek was full of fun for him.

I climbed up on an RV to take a picture in the style of my friend Graham's wedding.
Grouse Grind again
Full size
For our fourth walk up the Grouse this year, Carl set a goal to keep beating his record and did it. I
was a little slower at just inside 50 minutes, but I was an idiot and tried to sprint the start, which
ruined my pace for the first almost half of the hike.
Video of Carl getting his 1hr 7 min time
Henry at the park
Full size
Most days that I'm home I get to take Henry to the park. Here he is at the Sunset Park climbing.

Henry came with Natalia and I for the Flames' game against Montreal this year. When he saw the Calgary Tower
he immediately said, "MUFFIN!". He thinks the tower looks like a big muffin and couldn't stop looking at it.

Our little monster now likes his own seat as he's hanging out here before the game.
Hallowe'en
Full size
Maria came in for a quick visit Hallowe'en morning. She brought Henry this little pumpkin with fuzzy hair.
Full size
I thought this look on Henry's face was hilarious. We carved out the pumpkin that my aunt Marlene
gave to Henry.
Full size
All of the marker on the pumpkin's face was Henry's attempt to tell his mom where to carve.

Henry having fun at the pond park near our house. I like the look on his face.

Natalia dressed Henry up like an old man for Hallowe'en this year. The funny thing is that she
really didn't need a costume since she dresses him like this almost every day. I like Natalia's
name tags from Shady Acres Seniors Home. Henry had just totally melted down so his makeup isn't
necessary to show frown marks.

Henry with his walker that I made from PVC pipe (thanks Dalen for the sawz-all).
Full size
Henry melting down in our kitchen before trick or treating.

Henry discovered chocolate this Hallowe'en and basically ate his body weight in it. Not a super great sleep
as one would expect.
Full size
Henry playing in the 'digger' park off Ross Ave in Cochrane. It's the 'digger' park since there has been
some construction at this park to fix up the warming hut by the skating rink.
Full size
Henry thought it was hilarious to throw off his mitts in record time. You can see the leftover mitt
from Grandma Banda he had just flung off his right hand.

After the Flames game earlier this week, Henry seems to have more interest in both his Hockey book and
playing with my hockey stick. He kept saying 'puck'. I guess I should pick up a few pucks and smaller
sticks to give him a start.
