For Christmas this year, we got together with my family in Red Deer. Henry is helping Walter open his gift.

Grandma G with all of her grandkids. I don't really know what face Landon is making here. It should be
said that Walter had just grabbed a candy cane off aunty Renee's tree prior to the photo.

Henry and Grace on tubes

Grandma G wanted a photo that looked like a Christmas tree and she got it.
West Edmonton Mall with Scott and Amy
Full size
After checking in (and not getting our actual room for an hour), I took the boys for a zip in the mall.
They found this peacock made from petals.

They really liked these remote control boats and using the steering wheels.

Amy successfully convinced Lucy to go on the spinny yellow roller coaster, and after being initially
terrified, she loved it so much she went again a second time.

If I could have gotten my shirt up, I would have done that too. Scotty and I also got to go on the
Mind Bender, the triple loop coaster which gave Scott whiplash since he can't follow directions.

Natalia and Walter rode one of the animal stuffies too.

Our family at Galaxyland riding the stuffy gokarts.

The boys know to do the Calaway Park thumbs-up safety check. Yes, Walter puts up his pointer finger
but it's still awesome.

We played a bit of mini-golf as well, which was mostly just the boys throwing golf balls into the water.

I need to make some comment about the ball washer here, but I'm not going to.
Skiing with Walter at Nakiska
Full size
Due to Henry coming home from our Red Deer/Edmonton trip sick (shocking given the amount of germs), I took
Walter to ski at Nakiska, which he LOVED. Look at this smile - 'Daddy - again!' He skied the magic carpet
easily 15 times although really what he wanted to do was 'ski Walter self'. Once you learn to turn buddy.
